Dear You,

Welcome. I am so thrilled for you that you are here, feeling so ready to transform and make welcome your next degree of feeling fantastic in your Divine Vessel. YES! Celebrating this with you right now!

I so want to honor you for being willing to identify a discontent in your life. Whether you are navigating pain, discomfort, and/or discontent with the way something is in your vessel, that you gave yourself permission to identify it as something you’d love to shift is remarkable. Most people will not opt in for this course. Most people will remain in their cycle of pain-temporary relief, pain-temporary relief, because this kind of work takes the type of courage that not everyone has. :) You, my beautiful friend, have the bravery of a warrior.

Day 1

Today we are going to do a little journey into your pain and discomfort. Ironic, isn’t it? Typically these are the feelings we have been trained to ignore, suppress, shy away from. And, herein lies the potential for the deepest healing. When we really allow those pained parts of ourselves to be heard, seen, acknowledged, and unconditionally loved, they don’t need to scream so loud for our attention. Makes sense, right? Remember when I commended you for your courage? Now is the time to tap into that.

 

Here’s what we’re going to do. HERE is a link to a meditation I channeled that will introduce you to this part of you, your pain and discomfort, maybe a side of you that you’ve been trying to shoosh. You may have many places in your body that hurt or crave your attention, so for this meditation, I encourage you to choose one part of you that you feel is screaming the loudest, letting the rest of you know that they, too, will have their turn to be heard.

 

Listen to the meditation now before moving on.

 

Now that you’ve taken time to introduce yourself to your discomfort and have nurtured more of a connection with it, let’s nurture it even more and give it the respect and unconditional love it deserves. Pull out a journal and something to write with, before you begin. 

 

Close your eyes and imagine yourself in a beautiful room of Violet colored light. This room feels safe, loving, warm and like being wrapped in the coziest blanket, ever. You are sitting in a cozy chair and in front of you is another cozy seat. Invite your discomfort to have a seat in the chair in front of you, wrap a blanket around her and begin having a conversation with this part of you asking her the following questions and journaling the answers to give her presence and so you are able to reflect back on the importance of what this discomfort has to share with you. 

 

  • How are you today?
  • What are you feeling right now? 
  • Any feeling is okay to have, let me hold space for you: Are you feeling angry? Sad? Pissed? Frustrated? Alone? Abandoned? Something else? I am here, I am listening. Let it out.

 

GREAT WORK! You have just given the greatest gift to yourself, the gift of being heard and unconditionally accepted in Love. I trust this journey felt good and for the next 3 days I invite you to do this very same activity each day seeing what new insight unfolds for you. As you lean into this every day you will begin to build multiple mental and emotional muscles: 

 

  • We have been so trained to identify certain feelings as “wrong” or “bad” which only delays the healing, processing and releasing of those feelings. As you create space for whatever the fuck you are feeling each day, you grow the muscle of making your feelings “okay” to have, of no longer judging them as “wrong” or “bad”. This, in itself, will hyper-speed your healing.
  • You become intimately familiar with your feelings and the practice of honoring, recognizing and respecting their importance. If we continue to ignore what we feel, we perpetuate the pattern of abandoning ourselves over and over and over again. In order to heal we must be the safest haven for our Selves. We must be able to tell every part of us that it is safe, that we are here for it, that it is held and honored as deeply important.
  • The time it takes for you to…. Something about how much faster you’ll be able to identify that a part of you needs to be heard so you can move through it instead of becoming reactive, suppressing, and causing more dis-ease.

Day 2

Dear you,

 

By now you have gone through 3 days of really intimately leaning into your discomfort, giving it the respect, and loving kindness it needs to thrive and heal. Are you surprised by anything you heard or experienced? 

 

The next part of this journey is to go even deeper into need. Enter into your sacred space with your pain or discomfort, maybe that’s in the violet room, maybe you are in the forest or on ocean sands, pull out your journal and ask your discomfort, the dis-ease in your body you are yearning to understand, the following questions, journaling the responses.

 

  1. What do you need right now?

  2. What do you need from me right now?

  3. What do you need from others, today?

  4. What do you need to feel safe in asking for what you need?

 

Hold space for this part of you allowing her to need. Notice if any part of you wants to shy away from need to stay centered in independence. Is there any part of you that feels vulnerable in having needs? Good. It IS a vulnerable thing to have needs. And, once again, this is the time to tap into that bravery I commended you for having. It takes courage to allow yourself to have needs, ESPECIALLY in a society where we have been brainwashed to operate at bare minimum and shamed for not being able to “handle it” without support.

 

You aren’t built to do it all and the dis-ease you are here to transform is your body’s way of letting you know that it’s time to hear what your needs are and to honor them as a SACRED call from your vessel.

 

And so, we begin with the 4 questions above. As we are not taught to ask ourselves these questions, give yourself time to lean in. This will be your practice for the next 4 days. Each day ask yourself these 4 questions as if for the first time. You will be amazed, for as you continue to ask the questions, they become more familiar, you will become more relaxed and new levels of awareness will surface for you.

Day 8

 

 

Here we are on week 2 of your journey. So far you have met your dis-ease. Honored your dis-ease. Carved out space for your dis-ease to speak and deeply listened to the needs your dis-ease is communicating to you. Really. Well. Done. You should be so very proud of your Self. This is deep work.

 

Now that we have walked through this together, identifying what your vessel is asking for in order for it to feel good, it’s time to create a vision. 

 

One of the main topics I teach and mentor is manifestation, quantum law or the law of attraction, there are many terms for it. I marry the science with the magicks and on both sides what I have come to learn is that vision is everything. If there is a part of your life you would like to improve, we must have a destination in mind, literally, in order for the quantum field/formless substance/Spirit to begin coordinating the energetic field on your behalf. And when we do, literally anything and everything is possible. Learn more about this in my Your Ruby Life Weaving (email [email protected] for more information).

 

Now, before we begin to create your vision it is deeply important for me to communicate to you just how sacred this process is. The question we are going to lean into as you channel this message from your Soul is “what would I love”? For me, my “God” is Love, itself. It is the energy of love that ebbs and flows within all beings and the familiarity we sense pulsating between us when we are paying attention that I define as “Spirit”, “Goddess”, “God”, “Great Mother” - whatever term you use for it. It is this energy that allows me to Love and so when I ask myself “what would I Love” the answer, for me, is the voice of the Divine communicating through me for what Divinity would Love for me to experience in my life. 

 

So, when you ask yourself “what would I Love”? know that the answer does not belong to you… know that the answer is placed within you by the Divine, by the source of power that gave you the ability to desire and love and that this answer is the prayer the Divine has for you in your life. 

 

Let’s begin. Over the next few days I’m going to give you some journaling prompts to support you in getting really clear on your health and wellbeing vision. 

 

  • Imagine yourself waking up on the most ideal day. As you gently flutter your eyes open and take a nice deep breath stirring and preparing to get up for your day you feel absolutely wonderful. There is an ease, a lightness and a sense of joy just emanating from your body. 
  • Pull out your journal and something to write with and begin to write. Write this down in your journal:
    • "When I woke up this morning it felt so good to take a deep breath as I felt my body stir preparing to get up for my day. I felt absolutely wonderful. There was an ease, a lightness and a sense of joy emanating from my body as I…."

 

From here I want you to continue this story as if it already happened. Write about what you did during your most ideal morning (stick to only the morning, until noon). What activities did you engage in that lifted you even higher? Who did you interact with and what made the interaction so special and supportive? How did your body, mind and spirit feel as you engaged with all the wonderful things this morning brought to you paying special attention to how ease-ful everything was because your body, mind and Soul feel so good?

 

Let yourself have a free-for-all writing every wonderful, beautiful, dreamy experience that comes to mind. If you find yourself thinking “that’s not realistic”, wrap your arms around that part of you and give your imagination free reign to play and dance in the field of infinite possibilities.

 

If you feel comfortable, I would love to read the vision you channeled from your Higher Self (remember, this is a message from your Soul!). Post it here so we can all pour our Love on it, too.

Day 9

 

 

Today, I’d like you to revisit your journal entry from yesterday where you wrote a vision for your most ideal morning. Go ahead and read it out loud to yourself and let the joy wash over your body like a warm shower of Love. 

 

Next, I want you to close your eyes and actually visualize yourself having that morning. See yourself going through the motions, let the vision come to life in your mind. From here, let the vision continue on into the afternoon. Keep the visualization going and see what the voice of Love has in store for your most ideal afternoon.

 

What did you have for lunch? Did you prepare it or did someone else? Are you having lunch with anyone? What kind of conversation did you have? Where did you eat? How did the food taste as you savored every bite? Was there dessert? What joyful, wonderful activities did you engage in after eating lunch that were easy and fun because of how good your body, mind and Soul feel? Were you home? Did you go somewhere? Were you with anyone? 

 

As you continue to lean into this vision keep asking yourself “what would I Love for my health and wellbeing” as the question you are answering. Remember to write the vision as if it has already happened (ie: “I went” instead of “I’ll go” or “I ate” instead of “I will eat”). I’ll explain why, later.

Day 10

 

 

Dear You,

 

I just want to tell you that you are amazing. That you made it this far tells me that you are not only brave and courageous but committed and determined. I mean it when I say this is deep work and not for the light hearted. Asking the question “What would I Love?” causes most people to back away.

 

What if I can’t have it?

 

What if I fail?

 

What if I don’t know?

 

But I don’t know how.

 

What if my partner doesn’t want what I want?

 

These are all questions that every single person has, and, most people will let these questions stop them. You haven’t. GO YOU!

 

Okay, so let’s jump into today. Pull out your journal and go ahead and read your morning and afternoon vision out loud to yourself. Once again, let it just completely wash over you paying close attention to how your body feels as you see yourself living this most ideal day.

 

Then, you guessed it. :) Close your eyes and see yourself living this day. Really use that remarkable capacity of your imagination to envision yourself walking through the most magickal, beautiful, joyful morning and afternoon. When you are complete if you saw anything new that you hadn’t seen before now and you want to add it to your vision, do so! Then, let the vision continue on into the evening writing about your most ideal night paying special attention to your body, mind and Soul.

 

Where did you spend this evening? Who were you with? What were you doing and how did it feel doing it in a vessel that is happy and healthy? Were you home? Were you out? Were you dancing? Were you reading? Were you watching TV or going for a walk with your dog? Did you cook dinner? Did someone else cook you dinner? What did you eat and how did it feel to eat and feed your vessel nurturing and delicious sustenance? Did you eat with anyone? What was the general feel of the evening: was it calm, soothing and relaxing? Was it fun, spontaneous and energetic? Was it entertaining and joyful? How did it feel knowing that your body and mind were perfectly capable of every experience you had on this night? When did you settle in for the night? Did you settle in with anyone? What were your preparing-for-sleep practices? Just before you closed your eyes, did you smile thinking about how fucking awesome this day was? As you are taking a mental inventory of your body and mind, how does it feel knowing that everything feels good, strong and healthy? 

 

Lean in, listen, let it flow and if you feel safe, share your evening vision with me, here. I am holding space for your most magnificent life.

Day 11

 

 

Woot wooooot!!! You did it! You wrote your vision for this area of your life around health and wellbeing. NICELY DONE!!!!

 

Now, let’s get in there and tweak it so it is working for your highest good!

 

One thing I have noticed in this process of vision writing is that often people will write in the vision what they DON’T want.

 

Ie: I am no longer feeling back pain.

 

Every time we say “back pain” we are perpetuating the thought “back pain”, the feeling the thought creates “ouch, back pain” and we are essentially communicating that this is what we want more of “more back pain, please”. 

 

The Quantum Field is a field of energy that exists all around us. This field is filled with undirected particles that are waiting in what’s called “Superposition”. What are they waiting for? Our direction. Where do they get that direction? From our thoughts and feelings. The idea that our thoughts create our reality is more True than most people realize (more on this in Your Ruby Life (email [email protected] for more information). Once these particles read our direction they begin to become a magnet for experiences that will create what we have asked for. In this case, “back pain”. The catch: these particles do not attract what we desire, they attract what our mental focus is consistently perpetuating on… the thoughts we are thinking and the feelings these thoughts result in. If we are thinking multiple times throughout the day “my back hurts… my back hurts… my back hurts” this is the only thing this energy can read. 

 

So, let’s use the power we have of our brilliant minds to attract what we DO want by only rehearsing the things we want to manifest, which is WAY MORE FUN than rehearsing what we don’t want and living in a cycle of Hell.

 

Here’s your sacred work for today: give your vision and good review. Anywhere where you see you’ve added what you don’t want, go ahead and replace it with the opposite.

 

Ie: I’m no longer in pain ---> I am living with ease in my body.

 

Ie: My stomach doesn’t hurt after eating ---> My digestion is happy and my belly feels great.

 

Ie: I am not depressed ---> I am happy and joyful

 

Ie: I actually slept last night (implying that this is surprising) ---> I slept peacefully and well last night

 

Really go through this vision with a fine toothed comb. This is the vision you are going to use every day to support you in manifesting this happy, healthy life you desire, so we really want to make sure it is working FOR you in every single way.

Day 12

 

 

Hey, you!

 

Today I want to talk about vibrational frequencies.

 

So far you’ve written a vision of the life you would just LOVE to live. And. You aren’t a match for that vision. I’m not a match for my vision. If we were, we would be living them. THIS is law (more about Universal Law in Your Ruby Life weaving (email [email protected] for more info). 

 

Everything in our life, all the experiences we are having, we are a PERFECT match for which is why we are living them. And now, we desire to raise our own energetic frequencies so we can become a match for our next level of good. That next step up the spiral staircase as we evolve and grow ourselves. What’s required? Raising the vibrational frequencies of our thoughts from thinking about things that do not match our vision to thinking about the things that DO!

 

You’ll have noticed that I encouraged you to write your vision as if it had already happened. The reason for this is that as you rehearse this vision, as you read it aloud or see yourself walking through it, I want you to do so in a way that tells the Quantum Field that you are a match for this life, NOW, not that someday you will be a match.

 

Ie: If you wrote your vision as a future story you would be sending the message to the Quantum Field that you are not yet a match for what you desire.

 

“I will wake up feeling happy and free in my body”

 

This indicates that you are not happy and free in your body, NOW. Remember, the particles that coordinate and manifest on your behalf are reading your thoughts and feelings, not your desires. Therefore, we want those thoughts and feelings to reflect the life you desire to grow into as if you are already there. 

 

Your Sacred work for today is to once again, comb through your vision. If there is anywhere in your vision where you’ve written it in future-tense, go ahead and edit it into past-tense.

 

What did you find as you combed through? Was there a tendency to write in future-tense or did you find that you really landed in the past-tense creation of your vision?

Day 13

 

 

Hello, You.

 

Today we are going to meet someone really, really special. You’ve been talking to her for almost 2 weeks now and she’s really looking forward to introducing herself. The YOU of your vision.

 

Listen to this meditation today, let it guide you forward and be sure to journal the answers you hear from this special woman. Click HERE to listen, now.

 

Take out your journal if you haven't already, dictate what happened in your meditation and then answer the following questions:

 

  • When you met her, what did you think? 
  • What did you notice about her that’s different from the you of today? 
  • What action steps did she tell you to take in order to get closer to where she is? 
  • How did it feel to speak to her and hear her guidance?

Why shouldn't I ask “how” questions?

 

The quality of the question determines the quality of the answer. When we ask a question that starts with “how” there is an implication that what we are asking for may not be possible. 

 

When we ask a question that starts with “what”.. “What can I do to ______” the energy that comes with the question is that there IS a way and I’m here to uncover it.
