The Goddess Print
The Goddess print is an homage to Isis.
‘I, Isis, am all that has been, that is or shall be; no mortal man hath ever me unveiled’"
A moon goddess, she gives birth to the sun, creates and sustains all life, and is the savior of all people. The Sisterhood of Isis spread from Alexandria into many Mediterranean countries, including Greece and Rome after the 4th century BC. There is much discussion as to her interconnection with Mary Magdalene.
Numerous shrines And temples were built in veneration to her love, for more than 500 years. In France, the Notre Dame cathedral was built in her honour, the church at Rennes-le-Château became dedicated to her name, and the town of Istres was commemorated to her brilliance.
Isis said; I am Nature, the universal mother, sovereign of all things spiritual, queen of the dead, queen of the immortals, the single manifestation of all gods and goddesses that are. Though I am worshipped in many aspects, known by countless names, yet the whole round earth venerates me. Call me by by true name, that is, Queen Isis.
